One of the many projects we do at Foster‘s art Installation is three/four-point security installation.
With 3 or 4-point security, artwork is locked to the wall using special hardware. Although, normally done in commercial facilities, this method of art mounting can be done in your home upon request. The main reason for security installation is to prevent art from being stolen or damaged. Another great benefit of having your art locked down is that it will keep straight and level in high traffic areas such as lobbies and fitness centers. Also, this method is a practical solution for any frame warping or bowing out from the wall due to weather, age etc. by locking down the bottom of the piece on the side that protrudes from the wall.
