Whiteboards are very popular in office spaces. Foster’s Art Installation has installed whiteboards in many office spaces in the Austin and Dallas areas.
For this project we sent a two man crew to beautiful Austin, Texas to unpack & install a 6’x4’ glass whiteboard standoff in a family office space.
First step was to unpack and inspect the whiteboard and the hardware. Once we made sure everything was in good condition we discussed the location. The customers wanted the whiteboard centered on the wall and about 43” from the ground. Now that we had our location the next step was to use painters tape to mark the location of the whiteboard on the wall. This gave us a visual guide when marking the location of the hardware. We had both installers hold the whiteboard between the painters tape on the wall and then we used a small 6” hand-level to confirm the whiteboard was level. Then we marked the top and bottom holes of the whiteboard for the standoff hardware. Once the hardware was in place we could install the whiteboard on the standoffs.
Now you can have a very secure and aesthetically appealing whiteboard in your home or business office.
